Kimberley Spencer, Sales Representative

Coming up on 33 years in Real Estate, Kim brings with her a wealth of knowledge. Farm properties, cottages, country estates and homes and of course city homes, condominiums etc etc.  

Kim is also an accredited Photographer with solo shows in the Scotia Bank Contact Photography Festival two years in a row (2017 and 2018) and the featured photographer in The Santa Ynez Valley, California's premier art and photography event at Roblar winery in 2016.

Having a photographer on board assures our clients are represented beautifully in all of our listings and marketing materials with sharp and well depicted images of their properties. At "A Countyhome", we strongly believe having ample and good photos are an important key to great marketing. 

Aside from real estate, Kim loves spending time with family and her horses.
